About the Instructor
Your coach is certified through the Professional Mountain Bike Instructor Association (PMBIA) as a Level 1 Instructor. In addition, holds a Wilderness First Responder and a CPR certification.
MOUNTAIN BIKING RIDER PROGRESSION PROGRAM
Looking to improve upon your mountain biking skills? LifeRush Adventures is offering three different mountain bike rider progression programs. With either daily or weekly private riding sessions, you'll get the chance to consistently improve upon your skills to tackle on more intense and difficult terrain. With a variety of trails to learn on, LifeRush helps to challenge and train riders to get more comfortable with handling their mountain bikes from beginner to double black diamond trails. For challenges involving our MTB Hopper ramps, our program includes a biking clinic. The biking clinic session combines the use of our sturdy and easily constructible ramps to introduce or fine tune body positioning and technique.
Starting with the most important basics of mountain bike riding, we will make sure to properly help you accomplish all the stepping stones necessary to get you where you need to be as an advanced and proficient rider. Our eMountain-Bike Rider Progression Program is a weekly commitment that allows riders to explore trails all throughout Southern California with different levels of riding that will allow them to improve. We currently have three different packages.
PACKAGE 1 consists of a 3 day program.
PACKAGE 2 consists of a 6 day program.
PACKAGE 3 consists of a 12 week program.
Each week will be different as we venture out to trails with a combination in difficulty in all aspects including trail flow, technical downhill, and drops. With each session, you're guaranteed to level up and build your confidence as a mountain bike rider to conquer any obstacles on the trail. Don't have a mountain bike of your own? PACKAGE 1
3-DAY PROGRESSION PROGRAM
Our immersive 3 day mountain biking progression program can be scheduled either back to back days or on a weekly basis. On each of these days riders will spend 2 hours one on one with a professional mountain bike coach. Our program can be delivered for one on one coaching or as a duet. Limited to 2 riders maximum at a time.
Our three day hands on progression program entails:
(1 Beginner mountain bike experience) personalized to your level. Get your pick from among many of our beginner trails. Our beginner trails are easy fire roads with scenic views.
(1 Fundamental Mountain bike Clinic) Allowing riders to acquire new mountain bike skills using our MTB hopper ramps. New riders will learn how to hit small kicker jumps, table top jumps, and small gap jumps.
(1 Intermediate Mountain bike experience) An opportunity for riders to implement their new acquired skills from both the beginner ride and the bike clinic.
PACKAGE 2
6-DAY PROGRESSION PROGRAM
Our 6 day mountain biking progression program can be scheduled either back to back days or on a weekly basis. On each of these days riders will spend 2 hours one on one with a professional mountain bike coach. Our program can be delivered for one on one coaching or as a duet given along with a friend. Limited to 2 Riders maximum at a time.
Our 6 day hands on progression program entails:
(2 Intermediate Mountain bike experiences) This program is geared toward riders who already have some level of mountain biking. Choose among many of our intermediate trails and immerse yourself into nature while learning new skills both on single track and fast and flowy fire roads.
(2 Intermediate Mountain bike Clinics) Allowing riders to practice more progressive mountain bike skills using our MTB hopper ramps. Perfect for riders wanting to learn how to hit moderate size kicker jumps, moderate size table top jumps, and moderate gap jumps.
(2 Advanced Mountain bike experiences) Allowing riders to implement all the skills mastered within both the intermediate rides and within the bike clinic. Riders will also learn to hit small to medium size drop offs as well as roller drops.
PACKAGE 3
12-WEEK PROGRESSION PROGRAM
Our 12 week mountain biking progression program is catered to those who are committed to practicing on a weekly basis. On each of these days riders will spend 2 hours one on one with a professional mountain bike coach. Our program can be delivered for one on one coaching or as a duet along with friend. Limited to 2 Riders maximum at a time.
Our 12 week progression program entails:

(4 Intermediate Mountain bike experiences) This program is geared toward riders who are looking to gain an in depth overall understanding of all aspects of mountain biking. Choose from many of our intermediate single track mountain biking experiences.

(4 Master Mountain bike Clinics) Allowing riders to practice advanced mountain bike skills using our MTB hopper ramps. Perfect for riders wanting to push to the next level hitting larger size kicker jumps into of camber transitions, large size table top jumps, and large gap jumps. Riders will also learn how to manual using our MTB Hopper equipment. Learn how to finally ride a wheelie!

(4 Advanced Mountain bike experiences) Allowing riders to implement all the skills mastered from previous intermediate rides and within the Master Mountain bike clinic. Riders will learn to hit large size drop offs as well as huge roller drops. Riders will also have the opportunity to use our shuttle service complimentary. Get shuttled to the most popular advanced trails sought out by all the locals. Students enrolled within our 12 week progression program will also have the opportunity to get coached during summer season at all the local bike parks like Snow Summit and Santa’s village. Finally learn to hit all the features within the bike park.
